Job Details
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with a strong interest in civil litigation. Key qualifications include:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Massachusetts
2–6 years of experience in civil litigation, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to client communication and case strategy.
Prior experience in insurance defense, professional liability, or commercial litigation is a plus
