Associate Attorney

My client is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a focus on delivering high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal matters, ensuring all advice is accurate, timely, and in line with current legislation.
2. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
4. Conduct thorough and detailed research to support legal proceedings and to inform advice and strategy.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends, using this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of legal experience in a Medical Malpractice practice group at a law firm
4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
5. Strong litigation skills, with experience of representing clients in court.
