1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with significant trial experience.
4. Proven ability to manage a large caseload and work effectively under pressure.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
