Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations related to custody disputes, divorce law, and marital property issues.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
4. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights, options, and potential outcomes.
5. Develop and implement case strategy in line with client's objectives and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on custody disputes, divorce law, and marital property issues.
4. Proven track record of representing clients in complex family law cases with successful outcomes.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and courtroom demeanor.
