Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of a busy case load, including but not limited to, traffic cases, criminal defense cases, and other related legal matters.
• Represent clients in court, making regular court appearances and providing passionate advocacy.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Develop and implement case strategies in consultation with clients and senior attorneys.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management and efficient office operations.
• Participate in trials, presenting evidence, and arguing cases persuasively.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethics and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Attorney, Defense Lawyer, or in a similar role.
• Active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
• Proven trial experience and strong court appearance skills.
• Extensive knowledge of traffic laws, criminal laws, and criminal defense strategies.
• Exceptional advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively.
• Excellent case management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
