Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements.
• Conduct legal research to support the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Prepare and present oral arguments, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal rights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations affecting the firm's clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial litigation cases independently.
