Requirements:

B.S. in Accounting or similar
Minimum 10+ years of experience working in public accounting
Need a current CPA or EA license

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the management of assurance personnel and client projects.
Scrutinizing budgets to optimize engagement efficiency.
Facilitating effective client communication between the firm's leadership team and clients, enhancing engagement performance and bolstering relationships.
Providing training and mentorship to staff, covering topics from improving engagement performance to adapting to new standards and pronouncements.
Conducting thorough reviews of engagement workpapers and financial statements in alignment with the firm's objectives.
Coordinating firm resources to meet client deliverables within established timelines.
