Job Details

  • Work Hybrid Remote
  • Manage all stages of health litigation, including case assessment, discovery, law and motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • •Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, providing effective advocacy.
  • Provide strategic counsel to health care providers and clients, staying informed on legal developments and industry trends.
  • Negotiate settlements, manage disputes, and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active CA Bar license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in health litigation.
  • Previous work with health care providers is preferred
  • Proven expertise in motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, and trial experience.
