If you have:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law, with a focus on visas, green cards, and deportation cases.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, including experience with various visa categories such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, and EB-5.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex immigration cases and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desirable.
