Due to growth, we are seeking skilled Labor and Employment Litigation Attorneys for our San Francisco, Walnut Creek and San Rafael locations.

Job Details
- Work Hybrid Remote
- Manage all stages of labor and employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research.
- Handle employment disputes, including discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour litigation, and workplace investigations.
- Draft and review employee handbooks, policies, and employment agreements.
- Counsel employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws and best practices.
- Conduct workplace training sessions and internal investigations for employers.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, ensuring effective advocacy.
- Provide strategic legal counsel, staying informed on emerging labor and employment law trends.
- Negotiate settlements, manage disputes, and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver successful legal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active CA Bar license.
- Minimum of 2+ years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in motion practice, discovery disputes, and trial preparation.
- Experience handling labor and employment trials (first or second chair preferred).
