Attorney (Personal Injury)

70 years in practice and ranked one of the oldest and best personal injury firms in Houston

1-3 Years of Experience in Personal Injury law (Plaintiff experience preferred)


The attorney will:

Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
Communicate directly with clients
Guide clients through the case process
Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
Manage the release approval process
Manage a team comprised of Paralegals and Case Managers
Draft pleadings
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations
Litigate cases in Magistrate and State Courts

The requirements for this role are:

An active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association
2+ years of personal injury experience
Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit personal injury cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
