We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in New Hampshire and have a strong background in civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage client relationships and provide sound legal counsel.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to independently manage caseloads.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New Hampshire.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
