Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Handling all aspects of product liability cases, including case evaluation, preparation, trials, and settlements.
2. Providing sound legal advice to clients on matters related to product liability.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements.
4. Representing clients in court and before government agencies.
5. Conducting thorough legal research to assist in case preparation and legal proceedings.
6. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to product liability.
8. Ensuring all legal activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
