We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance industry team. As a Permanent Audit Associate, you will be responsible for conducting audits of financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate risks while providing valuable insights to help them achieve their business objectives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and gain exposure to various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audits of financial statements in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and assess risks in financial statements and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software tools
