We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager (Hybrid) to join our top 20 national firm in in public accounting. As a Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of auditors and overseeing the audit process for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards, as well as provide guidance on best practices and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of auditors, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
• Review fieldwork completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients to understand their business and identify areas of risk
• Provide guidance to clients on best practices and internal controls
• Prepare and review financial statements and other audit deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years as an Audit Manager
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards
• Experience with attestation engagements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
