As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, developing audit plans, supervising audit teams, and reviewing audit work papers. You will work closely with clients to understand their business, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements for SEC Reporting and Technology Companies
  • Develop audit plans, including risk assessments and audit procedures
  • Supervise audit teams and review audit work papers
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting and auditing standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • 6+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on SEC Reporting and Technology Companies
  • Experience leading audit engagements and supervising audit teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in GoSystems and CCH
