Audit Manager

Seeking an experienced tax senior accountant and tax supervisor/manager to join our team. Our growing full-service CPA and business advisory firm works with professional and personal clients in various industries throughout the Tri-State area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, review, and develop team members of multiple client engagements in a wide variety of industries
• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations
• Communicate with clients on related audit matters, develop audit plans, and coordinate with staff
• Manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Review reports, workpapers, and management letters (non-profit experience preferred, but not required)
• Manage engagements
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Adhere to a high degree of professional standards and client confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA license
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
• 5-15+ years of public auditing experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
