Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager with a focus on real estate to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our audit and assurance services. This includes managing the audit team, planning audits, evaluating internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and PCAOB audit standards. The Audit Manager will also play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying areas of risk, and providing recommendations for business and process improvements.


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute audit engagements in accordance with GAAS, GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
  • Manage and supervise the audit team to ensure timely completion of audits and reviews.
  • Evaluate internal controls and perform risk assessments.
  • Identify areas of risk within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
  • Regularly communicate with senior management regarding audit findings and recommendations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in auditing, with a focus on real estate.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB audit standards.
  • Strong understanding of audit risk areas and internal control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit-related software.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
