We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Audit Manager in the finance industry to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial audit process, ensuring compliance with GAAP, analyzing financial reports, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial audit process, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Analyze financial reports to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessment, audit scope, and testing procedures.
• Manage and lead audit teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects and deliverables.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit function.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in audit management within Public Accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and CCH Prosystems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
