We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Manager to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage multiple audit engagements and contribute to the success of our firm. The successful candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 4 + years of public accounting experience. The ideal candidate should also have a deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards. Experience in governmental auditing will be an added advantage. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.


1. Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements to ensure they are conducted in accordance with AICPA and GAAP standards.
2. Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
3. Review and evaluate the client's internal control systems and recommend improvements.
4. Prepare and present audit reports to top management and audit committees.
5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of audit engagements.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and other staff.
7. Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends relevant to the audit function.
8. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.


1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
2. At least 4 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and AICPA standards.
4. Experience in governmental auditing is a plus.
5. Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing ones.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
11. Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
