- Lead and manage audit teams in conducting comprehensive reviews for our clients.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen client relationships at a strategic level, beyond day-to-day operations.
- Efficiently delegate tasks and monitor the team's progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
- Adapt audit methodologies in response to the dynamic nature of client businesses.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Encourage innovative thinking and strategies within the team.
- Take a proactive role in firm-wide professional development and training initiatives, ensuring the latest knowledge is integrated into the audit process.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Master's degree.
- Certified CPA status, complemented by managerial experience in the audit sector.
