Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily focused on public companies subject to PCAOB and SEC regulations.
• Oversee and conduct complex audits of financial statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), - PCAOB standards, and SEC regulations.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise on accounting, financial reporting, and auditing matters to clients and engagement teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service.
