We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in the Mortgage industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Auditing for: high net worth, real estate, and manufacturing. This is a permanent position that offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting complex financial and operational audits in the mortgage industry
• Identifying and assessing risks and providing recommendations for improvement
• Developing audit plans and executing audit procedures in accordance with professional standards
• Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Leading and supervising audit teams and providing guidance and support to junior staff
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations and recommending changes to audit procedures as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA certification or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit
• Strong knowledge of assurance, tax, high net worth, real estate, and manufacturing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software
