We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Audit Senior / Manager to join our dynamic team in the public accounting industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a strong background in real estate, affordable housing, and construction. The successful candidate will be eligible for CPA and have at least 4 years of auditing experience. This is a permanent position offering a unique chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and play a critical role in our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

As an Audit Senior / Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the audit department.
2. Planning, executing, and leading audit assignments across a variety of clients in the real estate, affordable housing, and construction sectors.
3. Reviewing and preparing financial statements, audit reports, and other documentation.
4. Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures.
5. Developing and maintaining productive relationships with client management throughout the year.
6. Participating in the development of ways to meet client needs, contributing to proposal delivery.
7. Identifying opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
8. Training, coaching, and leading junior staff.
9. Liaising with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
10. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification.
3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on real estate, affordable housing, and construction sectors.
4. Proven experience in managing and directing a team.
5. Excellent knowledge of auditing principles and procedures.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
10. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
