We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced an Audit Senior to join our team. You will be responsible for executing a wide range of audit activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, and providing expert guidance on public accounting matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and executing a wide range of audit engagements and other services to clients
2. Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards across all financial reporting and documentation.
3. Providing expert guidance on public accounting and auditing matters, acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
4. Preparing detailed audit reports, presenting your findings to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA designation will be considered an asset.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an auditor for a public accounting firm
3. Excellent knowledge of auditing principles and practices, with a proven ability to lead and execute complex audit engagements.
4. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to identify risks and opportunities and make informed recommendations.
5. Experience auditing for Real Estate industry will be a huge plus
