Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Audit Manager with a passion for detailed financial scrutiny and a commitment to ensuring our clients' financial transparency and compliance. This role involves supervising audit assignments, guiding junior team members, and collaborating with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Primary Duties:

  • Lead and supervise audit engagements to ensure adherence to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Review financial statements and related disclosures to ascertain that they comply with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  • Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior audit staff to ensure quality and timely completion of assignments.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation, answer queries, and offer insights into best audit practices.
  • Identify potential risk areas during audit engagements and recommend strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Stay updated on current accounting standards, regulations, and industry-specific requirements to ensure continuous professional development.
  • Work closely with other departments, sharing insights and collaborating on cross-departmental projects.
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations to discuss findings and provide recommendations.
  • Streamline audit processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification
  • Proven experience in auditing, preferably in a mid to large-sized firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant auditing standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and team communications.
  • Proficient in audit software and related technology tools.
