Job Details
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Design, install, maintain, and repair automated systems and capital equipment (Majority Machining & Molding)
- On-site installations and machine interfacing with automation and robotics equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in automated systems and equipment
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement new automation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor junior technicians and engineers
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation and electrical automation
- Proficient in PLC's, industrial automation, AutoCAD, CNC Installation, CNC controls, Industrial Robotics, and Automation Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience with mechanical, electrical, robotics, CNC, molding, or engineering.
