We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aviation Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation electrical engineering, with a focus on airfield lighting design, instrument landing systems, and airfield guidance signs. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

As an Aviation Electrical Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Designing and implementing airfield lighting systems, including runway and taxiway lighting, and airfield guidance signs.
2. Developing and maintaining instrument landing systems to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations.
3. Designing and managing high voltage series circuit designs and low voltage distribution systems.
4. Utilizing software tools such as REVIT, Cummins Power Suite, Cat Electric Power, ComCheck, and FLACOM Energyguage in the planning and execution of projects.
5. Ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
8. Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation electrical engineering.
3. Proven experience in airfield lighting design, Navaids, instrument landing systems, airfield guidance signs, site lighting design, high voltage series circuit designs, and low voltage distribution.
4. Proficiency in REVIT, Cummins Power Suite, Cat Electric Power, ComCheck, and FLACOM Energyguage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
