BAS/HVAC Controls Technician

We are a South Florida-based mechanical and controls contractor that was established in the early 1980s. We specialize in HVAC, building controls, refrigeration, and ductwork services for commercial and industrial properties. With decades of experience, they offer a comprehensive range of mechanical services, including construction, maintenance, retrofitting, and custom metalwork.

As a controls technician on our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing HVAC control systems, ensuring efficient and comfortable environments in buildings. Your role involves diagnosing issues, configuring network components, and troubleshooting or replacing faulty equipment and electronic components.

MUST HAVE:

• 3+ years of HVAC controls/BAS experience
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC and HVAC controls components
• Valid US drivers license
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Schneider Electric, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Trane, Honeywell, Distech, or other
