Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical supervision to licensed mental health professionals
Guide program development and implementation of evidence-based practices
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and quality standards
Collaborate across departments to drive performance and clinical outcomes
Support staff growth through training, mentorship, and supervision
Represent the organization in professional settings and stakeholder trainings
Report directly to the Executive Director and contribute to strategic planning
✅ What You Bring:
Active independent licensure with supervisory designation (LISW-S or LPCC-S)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health settings
Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and diverse service lines
Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and QA/QI
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-informed program management
