Job Details

1. Collecting all relevant documents for each case, including medical records, police reports, and insurance policies.
2. Preparing comprehensive balance sheets and closing statements for each case.
3. Negotiating medical expenses with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Maintaining constant communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, ensuring all parties remain updated about case progress.
5. Effectively managing your caseload, ensuring all cases are progressing as planned and meeting all deadlines.
6. Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
7. Scheduling appointments, depositions, mediations, and trials.
8. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the legal process.

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or similar role .
2. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
3. Proven experience in collecting medical records, police reports, and insurance policies.
4. Demonstrated ability to prepare balance sheets and closing statements.
5. Experience in negotiating medical expenses.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
8. Proficiency in using legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
