Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement or filing of a lawsuit.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
• Conduct thorough client intakes and maintain regular contact with clients to update them on their case status and gather any necessary information.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys.
• Draft demand letters, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to strategize on case development and settlement.
• Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and utilize this knowledge to better serve our clients and the firm.
• Use bilingual Spanish skills to communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties who may not be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pre-litigation attorney with a focus on personal injury law.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. The ability to communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language is crucial for this role.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements in personal injury cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
