As a professional services company in the construction industry, we know that People are our most important and valuable asset. Diversity and inclusion are critical to achieving our goal of Building the Best Team. We proactively seek to recruit and hire employees with diverse backgrounds because we believe different experiences, work styles, and approaches to problem solving add tremendous value to what we do and how we do it. Our team makes us successful and we are always looking for talented, motivated people to become part of our success.

Why join us?

Employee-owned company – unlike many employee-owned companies, our organization does not have one or two top-executives with majority ownership. Instead, ownership is spread out across the company

People first culture – we are a family and we look out for each other. From our relentless pursuit of zero safety incidents on the job to continual recognition of our team’s successes; our people are the first thing we think about each day and talk about in our discussions

Grow and learn – we strive to make sure employees are on the right career path and they are always learning; from our mentorship efforts to on-the-job and study-based training

Highest quality work – we take pride in what we do and our work represents who we are
