Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, sales, and branch operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Fiserv is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
