Building Engineer

The ideal candidate will have commercial and retail property experience as a Building Engineer, supporting high-volume environments and above-average customer service! This position will assist the Scottsdale and Phoenix property locations and tenants will range from banks to grocery outlets, to corporate headquarters for multiple publicly traded firms and so much more.

You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day property maintenance to include electrical, plumbing and HVAC troubleshooting, repairs and escalations, all interior and exterior building needs, in addition to any projects as they arise.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance in a commercial retail environment
• HVAC Certification, High School Diploma or GED, and a valid drivers license are required
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role to include but not limited to lifting 40 lbs or more
