Job Details

The primary Business Analyst / Master Scheduler role is oversight of the division scheduling software to ensure manufacturing schedules are in alignment with customer demand:
  • Working directly with Business Process and IT to ensure the scheduling software is fully functioning, troubleshooting as problems arise, and coordinating software updates including testing, documentation and implementation.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Production Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, they will gather inputs and analyze data in support of optimizing efficient schedules and provide forecasted demand plans to the organization.
  • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of business system scheduling software and master scheduling.

  • 4-year college degree in the field of business administration, supply chain, finance, or computer science.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 8 or more years of increasingly responsible related production planning experience
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software applications, InforXA preferred.
  • Advanced experience with scheduling software, ThruPut preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing resource planning principles and automated systems preferred
  • Intermediate skills in SQL programming required
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of macros, pivot tables, and advanced data mining required
  • Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies and enterprise applications.
