We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager or Director who specializes in Software as a service(SaaS)/E-Clinical solutions and developing strategies and tactics to source, develop, negotiate, close new business sales opportunities within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and life sciences industry.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:
  • Initiates, coordinates, and develops strategic plans with respect to engaging potential customers and sales growth.
  • Meet Semi-annual & annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Identifies new business sales opportunities and work with internal teams to respond appropriately and timely to enquires.
  • Responsible for the collection and sorting of potential customer information, and timely update customer information and establish and maintain customer files
  • Responsible for initiating discussions, negotiation and contract signing with target customers.
  • Facilitates the preparedness of the executive team in attending any client or potential client meetings
  • Coordinate and monitor any budget or contract negotiations, post awards of any work to our company.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact and excellent rapport with future and current clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5+ years of business development development experience with a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or SaaS solution provider.
  • Good working knowledge with respect to clinical research, pharmacy, or clinical trial work in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry
  • Strong track record of sales, acquiring strategic accounts, & business development
  • Sales experience with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities consistent with influencing and driving multiple stakeholders towards meeting customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with a predisposition to entrepreneurship, results, and customer focus

  • MBA
  • Experience working at a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Big Pharma company
