We a fully licensed, bonded, and insured full service roofing and waterproofing contractor specializing in flat single-ply roof systems, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built up Roofs, Modified Bitumen roof systems, metal roofing, roof coatings, and general roof maintenance.

The business development role is a key position responsible for the growth and expansion of the company. This position will be tasked with expanding the the market is both volume and geographical footprint. Key activities that will contribute to this growth will be analyzing new markets, acquiring companies, expanding industry partners, identifying new locations, expanding existing business & partnerships throughout the MidAtlantic and eastern seaboard. This candidate should have a strong understanding of the commercial roofing industries, from the products manufacturers, to the contractors and also architectural & design communities.
