The successful candidate will be responsible for market development, new product development, and product commercialization. Strong knowledge with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Nuclear Safety Rated Products, NQA-1 Approvals, and ASME standards.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Identifying new products and potential markets to penetrate, with a focus on the construction industry.
2. Implementing comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and boost company profits.
3. Overseeing the development and commercialization of new products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions, and other relevant bodies.
5. Ensuring compliance with Nuclear Safety Rated Products, NQA-1 Approvals, ASME and other relevant standards.
6. Providing technical expertise on epoxy grouts, concrete repair, waterproofing, and cementitious products.
7. Working on projects related to structural base plates, cooling towers, nuclear plants, and nuclear labs.
8. Providing regular reports on market trends, competition, and product performance to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with epoxy grouts, concrete repair, waterproofing, and cementitious products.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in market development and new product development.
4. Familiarity with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Nuclear Safety Ratings, NQA-1, and ASME standards.
5. Experience working on projects related to structural base plates, cooling towers, nuclear plants, and nuclear labs.
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. A self-starter with a strong orientation towards results and performance.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
