Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers. This role requires previous experience in lead development from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Ultimately, the Business Development Representative will drive sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Position Responsibilities:
Exceed sales revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and develop strategic opportunities to achieve business goals.
Understand client needs and communicate the benefits of our capabilities and solutions.
Deliver effective presentations at the executive level.
Proactively identify new customer and project opportunities.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business needs.
Collaborate with internal resources to meet deliverables.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the printing industry, with a focus on new business acquisition.
Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calls.
Experience with quoting and estimating in print, fulfillment, and BPO environments.
Understanding of value-based selling in creative, commercial, digital printing, and fulfillment solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Other Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in developing new business.
