Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical field is required.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, with a strong preference for experience in people analytics.
- Proficiency in multivariate statistics, machine learning, regression analysis, structural equation modeling, and trend analysis to predict key employee outcomes, such as behavior, performance, and attrition.
- Expertise in analyzing employee demographics, performance, engagement, and retention data to identify key trends and patterns that inform organizational decision-making.
- Proven ability to leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models, and deep learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets, enhancing predictive capabilities within people analytics.
- Expertise in statistical software and data query tools such as SQL, Python, and Data Bricks, along with experience in data acquisition and transformation.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with HR technology teams, IT, and other stakeholders to develop and implement predictive models, ensuring that data infrastructure aligns with organizational needs.
- Familiarity with multiple HR functions, including Compensation, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development, to effectively interpret and leverage data.
- Strong understanding of data privacy principles and a commitment to ethical practices in data handling, ensuring transparency and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Ability to create self-service data access for the broader HR organization, empowering decision-makers with actionable insights and fostering a data-driven culture.
