4. Developing and maintaining detailed system documentation. This will include system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
5. Providing system-related training and support to users. You will be a key point of contact for system queries and issues, and you will work to ensure that users are able to make the most of our systems.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the InsurTech industry. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas to the table and to drive innovation within our team.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries.
2. Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, system design, and user support.
3. Strong knowledge of business systems, including their structure, functionality, and integration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and develop effective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
6. Experience in creating and maintaining system documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. You must be willing to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
8. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
