Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement case management plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them to navigate the complexities of the financial industry.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and legal experts, to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain detailed records of all case activities, including client interactions, decisions made, and outcomes achieved.
  • Regularly review and update case management plans, making adjustments as necessary to reflect changes in clients' circumstances or objectives.
  • Ensure that all case management activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, based on trust, respect, and mutual understanding.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in case management, preferably within the Nonprofit Industry.
  • Certification as a Professional Social Worker (CPSW) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry, including its products, services, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent case management skills, including the ability to manage complex cases, develop and implement effective case management plans, and maintain detailed records.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
