This is a nationally recognized company in the CPG space, with extensive omnichannel footprint nationwide. You have likely heard of them if you live in Southern, CA.

The Person That I Am Looking For: PLEASE READ

• This person MUST have been a CEO or President with a successful reputable consumer goods company, they must have run the ENTIRE show, as opposed to a portion of it. All department must have answered to this person. Candidates who have not held the title of CEO or President cannot be considered for this position.

• This person will likely have a come up through sales & marketing before being tapped for general management....not a purely operations person.

• This person will have experience working for scrappy companies and will have either taken a company public, or worked for a public company in an executive capacity.

• This person will pour their heart into this position, and will do everything that it takes to help this company achieve it's full potential. This is not a part time, consultative position.

• This person will not ask me if this position can be done remotely, it cannot. This kind of leader needs to lead by example.

• This type of position is for a game-changing, war-time leader, not somebody who only has experience maintaining the status quo of a large organization. I will be asking for examples of this.

• This person will be passionate, a fantastic communicator, have a sense of humor and is cool as a cucumber under enormous amounts of pressure.

• This person will have experience working with private equity or venture capital

• This person will have worked for a recognizable brand, in an executive capacity.
