We are seeking a Permanent Certified Surgical Technologist who is passionate about the medical industry and is looking for a rewarding career opportunity. This is a full-time position with a reputable medical facility that provides excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for providing support to the surgical team during procedures. You will be responsible for preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. You will also be responsible for assisting the surgeon during the procedure, including passing instruments, holding retractors, and cutting sutures. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room
• Anticipating the needs of the surgeon and other members of the surgical team
• Responding quickly to emergencies and unexpected situations
• Documenting all procedures accurately
• Maintaining inventory of surgical supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Certification as a surgical technologist
• 2+ years of experience preferred as a surgical technologist, if new grad still apply!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
