We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Estimator to join our Commercial Construction Division. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the estimating process for all commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estimating process for all commercial construction projects
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate and competitive estimates
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all estimates are complete and accurate
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials and services
• Prepare and present estimates to clients and project teams
• Manage and mentor a team of estimators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Continuously improve the estimating process and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in senior estimator, estimator, or chief estimator roles in commercial construction estimating
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills
