Must-Haves:
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

Experience:
+ Minimum of 10+ years in a senior finance role.
+ Demonstrated success in complex financial management, including stock redemption planning and trust accounts.
+ Experience with multi-policy invoicing in relevant industries.

Technical Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of AMS 360 software.
+ Proficiency in budgeting tools and ERP systems.
+ Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, especially in managing financial operations across multiple locations.

Leadership:
+ Proven ability to lead and restructure finance and accounting teams.
+ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations.

Compliance & Systems Management:
+ Knowledgeable in managing compliance, audits, and financial reviews, including 401K audits and S-corp tax preparation.
+ Experience in overseeing financial software systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
