Job Details
Position Overview: The CFO, reporting to the CEO, will oversee all financial operations within the company. This is inclusive of strategic planning, investment strategy, portfolio management, reporting, compliance, finance & accounting operations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning for the organization, ensuring that our corporate and divisional plans are aligned with our goals
- Financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor company financial performance to ensure improvements are being made and cost-savings are being realized
- Loan management and administration
- Refinancing existing assets
- Support investment strategy decisions: acquisition, disposition, and refinance
- Portfolio management, optimizing subsidiaries and assets via diversification and liability management
- Manage all aspects of reporting
- Compliance & risk management
- Lead, mentor, and coach finance and accounting departments
- Director reports: Controller & finance staff
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years financial management experience
- Construction industry
- Financial software implementation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Finance and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA
- MBA
- Real Estate & Development management
