Our company is looking for a seasoned Permanent Civil Engineer P.E. to join our dynamic team of professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in site engineering to develop and manage complex civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be a key part of our team, working on a variety of projects that shape our community and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and oversee the construction of various civil engineering projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges, and construction sites.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Utilize design software to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects, presenting findings to management and clients.
• Oversee project workflow and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and public authorities, to ensure project success.
• Provide technical advice to project team members and resolve design and implementation issues.
• Prepare bid documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in site engineering.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Proven experience in managing a civil engineering project.
• Proficient in Civil 3D.
• Experience in: Roads/Highway/DOT, Residential/Commercial/Multi-Family, Site Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
