REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 to 6+ years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it
• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design of residential developments, master planning, entitlements, multi-family developments, commercial site design, infrastructure design
• Concept plans and civil layout for residential subdivisions, multi-family developments and commercial/industrial developments
• Plan production & project management during the approval process through each municipal, governmental or private entity
• Develop written specifications, construction contracts, SWPPP plan and documents, permit applications and performing construction administration services
• Work closely with CAD technicians to develop plans
• Review & approves shop drawings, product submittals, and RFI’s
